The Dissector II was completely redesigned to fit right between the Forekaster and Assegai as an incredibly predictable front tire in loose over hard pack conditions. Can also be used as a fast rolling rear on longer travel trail bikes. 

• Center design remains 2-3-2 layout, with the center "3" being split into individual knobs for improved braking traction
• Redesigned side knobs with a larger footprint and reworked sipes
• Transition knobs are pushed outward, creating a smoother transition as the tire leans over
• Ideal for dry, hardpack, rocky and rooty terrain

The updated MaxxTerra V2 compound claims a 30% increase in durability, a 15% increase in grip, and identical rolling speed to the previous version. Seems too good to be true? Perhaps! But the wizards over at Maxxis have cooked up an even better MaxxTerra compound for us to enjoy!
