With 36mm stanchions and a svelte weight, the Fox 36 SL is the perfect fork for short travel bikes that punch harder than their travel numbers let on. With DNA from the hard hitting 36, the 36 SL is a light weight alternative that still has your back when you get in the deep end and need some added stability. Ready for anything from all day cross country rides to all mountain adventures, the 36 SL is built to be versatile and shine in a wide variety of conditions.
Fox redesigned their air spring with compliance in mind, allowing the air spring to freely move as the fork absorbs the hits from the trail. A little wiggle room goes a long way, and prevents binding as you go through rough sections of trail, keeping the air spring supple at all times. Now paired with the updated GRIP X damper for 2027, the Fox 36 SL packs serious punch into a small package!Ā
